Jamie Codispoti, LCSW
If you’ve landed here, there’s a good chance you’ve been holding it all together for a long time.
From the outside, your life may look fine—even successful. But internally, something feels off. Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or disconnected from themselves, especially during midlife transitions.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing therapy for women navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and substance use. I have worked in psychiatric settings and private practice, which allows me to quickly understand what’s happening beneath the surface—and how to help you move forward in a meaningful, lasting way.
I specialize in working with women in midlife who are used to being “the strong one.” Women who have spent years showing up for everyone else and are now realizing something has to change. Together, we focus on boundaries, self-worth, and helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels real and sustainable.
My approach to therapy is direct, supportive, and focused on real-life change. I don’t offer surface-level coping strategies or quick fixes. I help you understand your patterns, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life.
Clients often share that they feel comfortable being real with me—and also challenged in a way that leads to growth.
I provide telehealth therapy for women in Minnesota, Florida and Tennessee, offering private pay sessions and superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you slow down, gain clarity, and start feeling like yourself again.
