You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out — But You Do Deserve Peace

There’s this lie we’ve been sold — that by your mid-20s or early 30s, you’re supposed to have it all figured out.

Career. Love. Friendships. Boundaries. Healing. Direction. Confidence.

And when you don’t, it feels like everyone else is sprinting ahead while you’re just trying to breathe through the damn fog.

Let me say this clearly:
You don’t have to have it all figured out. But you do deserve peace while you figure it out.

Peace doesn’t mean having the answers.
It means having a moment to hear your own thoughts again.
It means being able to sit in silence without spiraling.
It means knowing that even in the chaos — you’re allowed to feel grounded.

Maybe right now…
    •    You’re rethinking everything you thought you wanted.
    •    You’re in a relationship that looks fine on paper but feels like it’s dulling your edges.
    •    You’re constantly people-pleasing because you haven’t figured out how to stop.
    •    You’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure if this is burnout or just life.

Let me be the one to say:
It’s not just you. You’re not broken. And you’re not behind.

What you’re feeling is real. And it’s valid.
But staying in survival mode forever? That’s not the goal.

Peace doesn’t arrive once you get the job, the house, the partner, the plan. Peace shows up when you stop abandoning yourself.

When you say:

“I’m allowed to take up space — even while I’m still becoming.”

When you stop chasing other people’s approval and start chasing clarity.

When you pause long enough to ask yourself:
What do I want right now — not what I think I should want?

That’s why I created the Back to Me journal.

Not to fix you. Not to tell you who to be.
But to help you hear your own voice again.

Because when life feels loud, chaotic, and unclear —
you need somewhere to come back to yourself.

And that place? That’s what peace feels like.
