The Realignment Series: A 4-Part Journal Journey to Reclaim Your Fire and Find Your Way Back to You
There was never a single moment where I decided to create a journal series. It came together slowly — through conversations in my office, stories from women I’ve worked with, things I’ve lived myself, and the deep knowing that so many of us are walking around looking “fine” while quietly falling apart.
I’ve spent over two decades sitting with women in the thick of it — not just the crisis moments, but the in-between ones. The “I don’t know who I am anymore” seasons. The “nothing’s technically wrong but I still feel empty” ones. The high-functioning, overachieving, emotionally exhausted kind of stuck.
And over and over again, I heard the same thing:
“I want to feel like myself again. I just don’t know where to start.”
That’s where this series came from.
Not as a fix. Not as a brand.
But as a quiet, guided place to begin again.
What Is The Realignment Series?
It’s four guided journals — each designed to meet you in a different part of the process.
They’re not fluffy. They’re not about pretending everything’s okay.
They’re about telling the truth, asking hard questions, and coming home to yourself — one page at a time.
You don’t have to use all four. You don’t have to move through them in order. But together, they walk through a full cycle of healing and reconnection.
Here’s what each journal offers, and why it matters:
1. The No Apologies Journal
Say what you’re afraid to say out loud.
This one is the crack in the surface. It’s where the pretending stops and the honesty begins. Not with anyone else — with you.
This is the journal that helps you put it all down: the anger, the burnout, the stuff you’ve been holding onto for years. It’s not about writing beautifully. It’s about telling the truth, unapologetically.
What you’ll find inside:
• 30 bold prompts to get what’s in your head out
• Permission to feel the hard stuff — without guilt
• A space that doesn’t require you to shrink, sugarcoat, or filter
This one’s the release.
2. Back to Me: 30 Days to Remember Who the Hell I Am
You’ve taken care of everyone else. Now it’s your turn.
Once you’ve cleared some of the noise, the next layer is you. Who are you when no one’s asking you for anything? What do you actually want? Where did you lose yourself?
This journal is about that reclamation.
Not in a Pinterest-quote kind of way — in a real way.
What you’ll find inside:
• Prompts that explore your identity, voice, and self-worth
• Space to name what you miss about yourself
• Support in reconnecting with your own energy, not just your roles
This one’s the remembering.
3. Aligned as Hell: Where Your Truth Meets Your Fire
You’re not lost — you’re just done dimming your light.
This is the turning point. When you start making decisions based on what’s real — not what keeps everyone else comfortable.
It’s for the season where alignment matters more than approval. Where you stop saying yes to things that drain you. Where you start moving like the version of you that doesn’t abandon herself anymore.
What you’ll find inside:
• Prompts about boundaries, energy, values, and self-trust
• Space to process what no longer fits and what’s calling you forward
• A bold, direct tone that challenges you (in the best way)
This one’s the shift.
4. The Reintroduction: Aligned. Unfiltered. Unapologetically You.
This isn’t a new version of you — it’s the real one. The final piece isn’t about perfection. It’s about integration.
This journal is for the woman who’s done the work, or is in the thick of it, and is ready to move through the world differently. Not to perform it — to live it.
What you’ll find inside:
• Reflective prompts to help you show up in alignment
• Tools to stay grounded when growth feels uncomfortable
• Support for navigating change, uncertainty, and expansion
This one’s the return.
Why These Journals Matter to Me
Because I know what it feels like to lose yourself — and to slowly find your way back. Because I know how hard it is to stop being the strong one long enough to check in with what’s real. Because I’ve lived through my own unraveling and realignment. And because I’ve sat across from so many women doing the same.
This series isn’t about self-improvement.
It’s about self-remembrance.
And you deserve a space for that.
