I’m Not the Therapist Who Stays Neutral.

If you’re looking for a therapist who nods quietly and never shows emotion — I’m not her.

If you’re looking for someone who keeps their distance, asks how you feel without ever saying much back, and wraps every hard truth in a soft, palatable bow — I’m not her either.

I’m the therapist who leans in. Who feels it with you.
Who will say “That’s not okay” when you’re minimizing your pain. Who will help you hold it all — without asking you to sugarcoat any of it.

I don’t believe in being a blank slate. I believe in being a real human sitting across from another real human. And I believe that’s where the deepest healing happens.

I will cry with you sometimes. I’ll laugh with you often. I’ll challenge you — not because I’m judging you — but because I see your power, even when you’ve forgotten it’s there.

You won’t find cold professionalism here. You’ll find connection. Truth-telling. Permission to fall apart. Space to rebuild.

I’ve worked in psychiatric hospitals, in elite schools, in couples’ sessions, with parents, with women who’ve lost themselves, with people carrying trauma they’ve never said out loud. And I never take that lightly.

I’m not afraid of your mess. I don’t flinch at hard stories.
I don’t sit in silence when something sacred is happening in front of me. Because I’ve lived through my own hard seasons too. And I know how powerful it is when someone looks at you and says,
“I see you. You’re not crazy. And you don’t have to carry this alone.”

So no — I’m not the therapist who stays neutral. I’m the one who meets you with truth, fire, and compassion. And I don’t just ask people to go deeper — I go there with them.

And while I’m not your therapist, these journals are the next best thing.

They carry the same voice. The same bold questions. The same belief that healing doesn’t have to be quiet or pretty — it just has to be real.

So if you’ve never sat across from me in a session — but you’ve been craving something deeper… If you’re tired of surface-level fluff and ready to meet yourself where you actually are… Start here.
